1. What we collect
When you create an account or book an appointment, we collect your name, mobile number, and (optionally) your email address. When you book, we also record the patient's name, mobile number, and any notes you add for that appointment — which may differ from your account details if you're booking for a family member.
2. Why we collect it
We use this data solely to create and manage your account, schedule and manage your appointments, and contact you about your bookings. We do not use your data for anything beyond these purposes without asking you first.
3. Your consent
We record your consent — and the version of this policy you agreed to — at the time you create an account and at the time you book each appointment. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, though this may limit our ability to provide booking services to you.
4. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, and request erasure of your account. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at 7992212795. When you request erasure, we anonymize your account details (name, mobile, email) while retaining anonymized booking records for our clinic's operational history.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and booking data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we anonymize your personal identifiers as described above.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized Anident Dental Clinic staff for the purpose of managing your care.
